Payments

Payment can be made in the following ways:

    • Bank transfer (at no additional cost)
      Cash on delivery (valid only in Italy and with an additional cost equal to 2% of the value of the goods with a minimum of 5.00 euros)
    • PostePay (at no additional cost)
    • PayPal: (at no additional cost) PayPal is a secure payment system that allows you to pay for free, immediate and secure without having to reveal your credit card numbers or financial information to the merchant.

    You can use:
    – credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard);
    – rechargeable prepaid card (such as Postepay, Kalibra and others again);
    – funds available on your PayPal account (balance).
    Mail order sales are exempt from issuing a receipt or receipt pursuant to Presidential Decree 696/1996 and art. 22 Presidential Decree 633/72.
    Any request for an invoice must be made at the time of the order.


Delivery times

Packages are usually shipped within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and sent by Courier.
Courier delivery times in Italy are generally 2 -3 working days. (for abroad it can be 5-6 working days)

Delivery costs

For almost all items the shipping cost in Italy is set at 9.00 Euros, with the exception of bulky and fragile items such as slate fountains, Futon headboards, Separè, rocking chairs … for which the transport cost is 25.00 euros and the beds and mattresses for which the transport cost is 40.00 euros.
In any case, as you fill up the shopping cart, the cost will be indicated in the upper right corner of total transport.

We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping costs will apply to each of them.


Carriers

For deliveries we use the post office or national couriers.
Delivery is always intended at the street number on the ground floor. (NOT on the floor)


Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 185 of 22/5/99, which transposes Directive 97/7 / EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.
This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain a refund. To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, a communication in which the desire to withdraw from the contract is expressed.The communication must be sent to Cinius (Via Collamarini 25 – 40138 Bologna) by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt ;

The item must be returned perfectly packaged by the customer, the shipping costs for both the original dispatch of the goods and for the return will not be refunded in any case. The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, that is: – lack of packaging – absence of integral elements of the product damage to the product for reasons other than transport. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to measure (outside the standard sizes proposed by the catalog) or in any case customized.

What are the standard cabinet sizes?

The standard sizes of the cabinets are:

  • 160 x h 250cm
  • 203 x h 250cm or h 210cm
  • 240 x h 250cm
  • 250 x h 250cm or h 210cm
  • 300 x h 250cm or h 210cm
  • 320 x h 250cm
Can I have a custom-made wardrobe?

Yes: Cinius makes custom-made wardrobes down to the centimeter.

What are the maximum dimensions?

The recommended maximum width is 3.50 m, as transport is practically impossible beyond this measure.

I have an attic with a sloping roof: is it possible to have a custom-made wardrobe?

Yes: almost always, a suitable solution can be found. In addition, the Japanese Shoji doors are ideal for solving this type of problem.

What wood is the wardrobe made of?

We produce cabinets both in solid laminated beech and laminated fir.

How are the cabinet doors assembled?

The doors of our wardrobes are assembled exclusively by interlocking and have no mechanisms.

What materials can I cover the doors of my wardrobe with?
To line the cabinet doors we use various materials, including fabric, rice paper, Plexiglass and polycarbonate.
Do the fabrics need maintenance?
The maintenance of the fabric of the doors is extremely simple, as the fabric is starched. This treatment makes it impenetrable to dust, therefore a brush or a vacuum cleaner is enough to remove any that settles on the surface. In the case of stains, it is advisable to replace the fabric: an easy and economical solution.
How is the fabric replaced?
The fabric is fixed to the back of the doors with simple iron pins. With the help of a very common stitch shooter, it is possible to make the replacement. On request, our technicians carry out the replacement service.
Can I also buy the internal fittings of the wardrobe from you?
Yes: our catalog includes all the interior fittings for a wardrobe designed to the centimeter.
Is the assembly included in the price?
No: our cabinets are extremely easy to assemble.
How long does it take for delivery?
Delivery times vary from 3/4 weeks for standard-sized cabinets to 2 months for custom-made ones.

Wardrobe cabins

Can I have a custom-made walk-in closet?
Yes: the Japanese Shoji doors are adaptable to any size and prevent dust from penetrating even inside the largest structures.
When I enter the cab, do I risk tripping over the lower deck rail?
No: we use shaped rails and special bases that prevent tripping. Alternatively, you can have walk-in wardrobes with sliding doors fixed to the ceiling.

Sliding walls / panels

Can I have custom-made sliding walls?
Yes: Cinius makes sliding walls tailored to the centimeter.
What wood is the sliding wall made of?
The wood used for the sliding walls is solid laminated beech wood.
How are the sliding walls mounted?

The sliding walls can be mounted on two different types of tracks:

  • Japanese in wood;
  • suspended in aluminum.
What materials can I cover them with?
The covering can be made of fabric, rice paper, Plexiglass, white expanded PVC, polycarbonate.
I have a room with a sloping roof: is it possible to install sliding walls?
Yes: it is almost always possible to find a suitable solution. In addition, the Japanese Shoji doors are ideal for solving this type of problem.
