I colori visionati per l&#8217;eventuale trattamento dei prodotti sono indicativi e possono cambiare di tono ed intensit\u00e0 con il variare della tipologia e della partita di legno usato per la produzione. Una stonalizzazione su di un singolo prodotto (es.: stonalizzazione tra le varie parti di un letto, di un mobiletto, di un divano, etc.) o tra un prodotto ed un altro (es.: tra un letto ed una cassettiera, etc.) sono da considerarsi nella norma.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>INFORMATIVA SUI TESSUTI<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Il cliente \u00e8 stato informato che i colori dei tessuti possono variare rispetto a quelli scelti sulla tirella a causa dei diversi bagni di produzione. Per prodotti ordinati in tempi diversi non \u00e8 mai garantita l\u2019uniformit\u00e0 di colore. Riguardo ai tessuti della linea \u201cBilbao\u201d e linea \u201cIdeo\u201d, i colori e la trama mostrati sono indicativi e possono cambiare oltre che al variare della partita anche a seconda della tipologia del prodotto finale confezionato. Un difetto di conformit\u00e0 del bene che si verificasse a seguito della mancata osservanza di queste istruzioni non potr\u00e0 essere imputato alla Cinius S.r.l. e non potr\u00e0 dar luogo ai rimedi della risoluzione del contratto, della riduzione del prezzo, della sostituzione o della riparazione del bene.<\/p>\n<p>Le misure dei materassi Futon possono differire di qualche centimetro rispetto a quelle riportate in catalogo o richieste. Tali differenze sono inevitabili in quanto imputabili alla natura del materiale usato.
